    • Key points of the course

    Depart from the central part of Kumamoto city. This bus tour allows you to fully enjoy and learn about some of the most fascinating historical places in Amakusa! This tour includes: return tickets of Amakusa-go which runs between inner city of Kumamoto and Hondo Bus Center in Amakusa, and a bus guide on the ｢ ‘Amakusa Gurutto Shuyu Bus’ (*in Japanese). It is more affordable than when you buy tickets separately!
    Amakusa-go is first-come, first-served basis and reservations are not required. You can choose your bus times (for both ways) according to your preference. You can leave early to spend more time in Amakusa before taking Amakusa Gurutto Shuyu Bus or you can take your time in the city and take Amakusa-go just in time for the Amakusa Gurutto Shuyu Bus you reserved. You will have plenty of time to look around freely in Amakusa.

  • Amakusa-go is first-come, first-served basis and reservations are not required. In other words, you might not be able to get on to the bus when all the seats are taken before your arrival.
  • Due to some church evens, your visit to churches might suddenly get cancelled or it may be changed to quick observation from the bus windows. Please keep it in mind that Churches are important place for its followers to gather and pray. Your respect towards their culture and visiting manners are much appreciated.
